JULIETTE BERTRAND is a partner in the Intellectual Property department. Her practice focuses on intellectual property – especially on trademark, patent, design matters – information technologies, unfair competition and data protection issues.
She has developed extensive expertise in transaction and litigation in this practice, for domestic and international matters, involving intellectual property issues. She regularly represents her clients before French and European jurisdictions.
Juliette has worked in the M&A and IP departments of Linklaters (Paris), and in the IP department of Howrey and Hoyng Monegier (Paris). She founded JBB Avocats in September 2013, before joining ROSSI BORDES & ASSOCIES as a partner in January 2017.
She is a member of the Paris Bar since 2003 and a member of APRAM (“Association des Praticiens du Droit des Marques et des Modèles”).
