DOMINIQUE BORDES is a partner in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution department.
He has developed an extensive in-depth understanding of all kinds of complex civil and commercial disputes, in particular relating to:
\ corporate-related matters and shareholders’ disputes,
\ post-acquisition disputes,
\ dispute in relation to regulated professional civil liability, such as statutory auditors,
\ all matters regarding commercial litigation.
Furthermore, Dominique has worked for many pharmaceutical laboratories, and has an extensive experience in this sector. He has also developed a strong expertise in associative law and foundation law.
Before founding ROSSI BORDES & ASSOCIES with Fritz Rossi, he developed his practice at the premier French boutique Rambaud Martel before it combined with Orrick, where he became a partner in 2007.
He is a member of the Paris Bar since 1998, and he is a member of the AFFIC, Law and Procedure, and Law and Commerce.
